In contrast to a shared hosting account where the data is backed up by the service provider, if you use a virtual or a dedicated hosting server you will have to keep manual backups as such a service isn't supplied by default. As great as a server may be, there's always a possibility that something could go wrong. For example, you can delete some content by accident or a script-driven app might get damaged after an update. If you have a backup, you'll not need to bother about this type of problems because the content can be easily restored. Since it may not be quite convenient to do this regularly on your end, we provide an optional backup service for every one of our hosting server plans and we'll store a copy of your content on a separate machine to ensure that it is intact no matter what. With the upgrade, you could work on your server without worrying that you could lose any data due to any reason.
Weekly Backup in Dedicated Servers Hosting
If you acquire one of our Linux dedicated servers hosting packages and you decide that you require a backup of your content, you may add this service with a few mouse clicks and our system shall start keeping copies on a weekly basis immediately. You can order the upgrade alongside the machine or at some point later using your billing Control Panel in case that you do not need backups from the very beginning. The service will grant you 50 gigabytes of disk space on an individual hosting server and this content can be restored on our end. Though we examine the hardware and the software before we hand over any new dedicated web server, you can never know if some update will not fail, so in the event you have valuable info on the hosting server, you'd be better off with this upgrade. Backups can also be found with the Managed Services upgrade, which features lots of other useful management tasks we offer to our clients.
